Incorrect Booking

If you've accidentally booked the wrong event, date, time, venue, seat or ticket type, please contact us as soon as possible.

For bookings made today, call us on 1300 001 238 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) or submit a request through our Support Form with "Same Day Booking" in the subject line so we can review your request as quickly as possible.

Please note that refunds, exchanges and booking changes are not guaranteed. All requests are assessed in accordance with the event organiser's refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
