Refund Requests

To request a refund, submit your request in writing using the 123 Tix contact form at https://www.123tix.com.au/contact, or the method specified by the event organiser.

When submitting your request, include:

• Your Booking ID (if available)
• The event name
• The reason for your refund request

Before Submitting Your RequestPlease note:

• Refund eligibility is determined by the event organiser's refund policy and applicable consumer laws.
• Refund requests may need to be submitted within a specified timeframe.
• Booking, transaction or delivery fees may not be refundable, depending on the organiser's policy.
