Updating the Name on Your Ticket
If you've entered the wrong name on your ticket, don't worry. In most cases, your ticket will still be valid.
You can update the ticket holder's name yourself on the 123 Tix My Tickets page.
Changing the Name
Go to https://www.123tix.com.au/events/access, enter the email address you booked with and select Receive Access Link.
Open the link we email you and choose your event.
Open your booking and select Edit next to the ticket name.
Enter the new name and select Save.
To receive your tickets with the new name, select Email tickets again.
