What are Custom Event Time Details and where can I display them?

Custom Event Time Details allow you to display specific event times across your event materials, giving customers a clearer understanding of your event schedule. This feature is particularly useful for events running across multiple days with different start or finish times, as it allows you to provide accurate time information for each day.

Custom event times are added by the 123 Tix team. Contact us with the wording you would like (up to 50 characters, for example "Fri 6pm–11pm, Sat 10am–11pm") and where it should appear: your event page, email tickets, mobile tickets, A4 printable tickets, or tickets printed at the box office. The custom text replaces the standard event time in each place you choose.
