A Booking ID is a unique 5-character reference made up of capital letters and numbers (for example, K7Q2M). It helps 123 Tix quickly locate your order and assist with any enquiries.
Where to Find Your Booking ID
In the subject line of your ticket email (for example, "eTicket(s): K7Q2M").
On your PDF ticket, next to the QR code (Booking ID), and at the top of your invoice (Booking #).
On the My Tickets page, next to each booking
Why You'll Need It
Your Booking ID may be requested when:
- Contacting support.
- Requesting a refund or exchange (where eligible).
- Managing your booking or updating your details.
Having your Booking ID ready will help your enquiry be resolved more quickly.
