The acceptance of Companion Cards is entirely at the discretion of the Event Organiser. Each event may have different policies regarding Companion Card holders, so it's important to check the event details before purchasing your tickets.

• Review the Event Page – Look for any mention of Companion Card acceptance in the event description or terms and conditions.

• Contact Our Team – If you can't find the information online, our friendly team is happy to assist and help you find the right details.

• Reach Out to the Organiser – If the event page does not mention Companion Cards, you can also contact the event organiser directly to confirm their policy.

How to Request a Carer Ticket

A Companion Card Holder may obtain a free ticket for their accompanying carer by emailing 123 Tix Support. When emailing, please provide the following information:

• Booking ID of the purchaser

• Name of Companion Card Holder and Companion Card number (Please do not send images of the card)

• Name of the Carer who will be present on the day

Once your request is accepted, your carer ticket will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
