Waitlists

A Waitlist allows you to register your interest for a sold-out event. If additional tickets become available, selected customers may be notified and invited to purchase them.

Please note that joining a Waitlist does not guarantee that tickets will become available or that you'll receive a notification.

How Waitlist Offers Work

When tickets are released, Waitlist members are emailed (and sometimes sent an SMS) with a Buy tickets link. The tickets are held for you until the time shown in the email. If you don't book by then, the link stops working and the tickets may be offered to someone else.

Why Didn't I Receive a Notification?

You may not receive a notification because:

• Only a small number of tickets were released.

• Offers were sent to other Waitlist members first.

• Your contact details were entered incorrectly or have changed.

If you weren't offered tickets, you'll remain on the Waitlist for any future releases for that event.

Leaving a Waitlist

To be removed from a Waitlist, contact 123 Tix support or the event organiser with the email address you registered with.

Joining Multiple Waitlists

You can join Waitlists for multiple events, or for different sessions or ticket types of the same event. Each email address can only be registered once for the same selection.
