Credit Card Errors

Credit Card Errors

If you're receiving a credit card error during checkout, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect card number, expiry date or CVC.
  • Insufficient funds or available credit.
  • Your bank has declined or blocked the transaction.
  • Your card has expired or is not enabled for online purchases.
Troubleshooting

Before trying again, check that:

  • Your card details have been entered correctly.
  • You have sufficient funds or available credit.
  • Your card has not expired.

If the payment is still declined, contact your bank or card issuer, as they can advise why the transaction was unsuccessful.

You can also try using a different payment card if one is available.

If you haven't received your confirmation, search your inbox, junk and spam folders for an email with the subject "eTicket(s)" or "Payment Confirmation", and check that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

You can resend your tickets yourself from My Tickets: go to https://www.123tix.com.au/events/access, enter your email address, select Receive Access Link, open the link we email you, choose your event and select Email tickets again.

If you're still unable to locate your confirmation or are unsure whether your booking was successful, contact 123 Tix support with your name, email address and any available booking details.
