Refund Policies
Refund Policies
Every event must have a refund policy. Your selected policy is displayed to customers during the ticket purchase process so they understand the refund conditions before completing their booking.
Step 1: Access Event Management
Log in to your account.
Navigate to "Manage Events" and then "Current Events".
Find the event you wish to edit and click the blue hyperlinked event title.
Step 2: Setting a Refund Policy
Click "Refunds" in the bar of sections across the top of your event.
Under "When can attendees request refunds", select the option that suits your event:
Up to 1 day before the event starts
Up to 7 days before the event starts
Up to 30 days before the event starts
Please contact the organiser for full Terms & Conditions and refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
Click "Save" to apply the changes to your event.
A refund policy must be set before your event can go live.
Tips:
- Choose a refund policy before publishing your event.
- Make sure your refund policy matches the information in your Terms and Conditions.
- If your refund policy changes, update it before customers purchase tickets where possible.
- Ensure your refund policy complies with applicable consumer laws.
