How do I setup a membership plan?
How to Set Up a New Membership Plan
Setting up a Membership Plan allows you to offer ticket discounts, exclusive early access, and free tickets to your members. When a plan is published, members can join directly through your site or ticket checkout page.
Step 1: Access Memberships Log in to your account. Navigate to "Account Settings" and select "Memberships". Memberships need a connected Stripe account; if you see "Connect Stripe to enable memberships", set up payment processing first.
Step 2: Finding the Setup Form On the Membership Types tab, scroll to "Add a membership plan". If you already have a plan, you can choose it under "Start from an existing level" to copy its settings. You will see six setup tabs: Details, Benefits, Renewal, Events, Terms & Conditions, and Image.
Step 3: Processing the Plan Setup
Details: Enter your Plan name (e.g., Gold Member) and select the Type (Free or Paid). Set the Membership length (any number of days, weeks, months or years, or Lifetime). For a Paid plan, set the price. Paid plans of up to 3 years renew automatically; longer and lifetime plans are paid once.
Benefits: Set free tickets per period, a percentage discount on other tickets, limits at each event, early access before the public on-sale, and how many people the plan covers (1 for individual, 2+ for family/group).
Renewal & Events: Select your renewal model (Anniversary or Fixed date) and choose which events (and, optionally, which ticket types) the plan's benefits apply to.
Terms & Image: Optionally add a plan image for the membership join page and add Terms & Conditions that customers must accept before joining.
Click "Create plan".
Tips: Double-check all fields, limits and pricing before saving. You can edit a plan at any time with Edit. However, once a plan has current members, it can't switch between auto-renewing billing (3 years or less) and paid-once billing (over 3 years or lifetime); create a new plan for that instead. To keep a plan off your public join page (e.g. invite-only), untick "Offer this plan to customers". You can still add members to it yourself.
