What do memberships cost?
2% of each paid membership payment, with a minimum of $0.50 per payment (never more than the payment itself). It’s taken automatically when the payment is made, so there’s no invoice to pay, no setup fee and no monthly fee. Free memberships cost nothing, and event tickets keep their flat $1 booking fee per paid ticket.
Stripe’s card-processing fees on membership payments are separate.
Where does membership money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, for first payments and renewals alike. Stripe pays it out to your bank on your payout schedule — we never hold it.
How do member benefits reach checkout?
Members sign in with a passwordless link, and their discounts, free tickets, early access and members-only ticket types apply automatically when they buy — no codes to hand out.
Can we bring our existing members across?
Yes. Import your existing members by CSV, and you’ll get a report of how each row went.
